Quartz Nature implements everything so that its clothes are conceived with the biggest care.  We guarantee our clothes against any manufacturing defect during its normal life expectancy (guaranted applied to the first buyer).  Our guarantee does not cover the damages caused by an inappropriate usage, an inadequate maintenance, an accident (tear, burn, etc...).  The wear and normal discoloration of the material with time and usage, if the product turned out defective, please send it to our offices (clean and with proof of purchase) and once the defect has been estimated, we shall either repair it or replace it at our own discretion.

For storage: remove fur, place separately in a well ventilated area, don't cover the fur, hang garment for storage and avoid compressing it.
   

Insulated Parkas (Polyester)

-Remove fur before any cleaning
-wash in cold water
-regular cycle
-use liquid soap and rinse well
-dry with cold air or hang to dry ***you can always use the dryer at cold air during few minutes with tennis ball, to give it is loft quicker
-No chlorine
-No iron
 
   
Inadequate care of your garments could detoriate the fabric (strong detergent, abusive use of drying machine)



For Down insulated Parkas (remove fur before any cleaning)

 It is recommended to use warm water wash and cold water rinse. After spin drying, dry at medium to high heat in your household dryer. This may require three to four drying cycles until completely dried. ***you can always use "tennis ball", to prevent the down to get in bulk.***
Large parkas may be to large for your home washing machine. These should be laundered by a reputable dry cleaner or washed and dry in front loading commercial machine.
